a little more peach!

We have been meeting weekly with other young families on Farmers Market day. We all meet on the lawn and take turns feeding each others children. Micro goes from person to person eating everyones food. He even talked Indy into giving him her apricot, little did he know how sour it was compared to the sweet peach.

the weekend

This weekend Micro and I went to an amazing wedding! It was one of my oldest friends and her love John. They got married on her parents property and the day was just perfect. We were so honored to be a part of their special day. Everything was prepared by friends and family right down to her mom making the cake and her brother serving the espresso!

Snow?...and first Train Ride!

We took a family day to lower and warmer ground yesterday after we woke up to 6" of new snow. Is it really almost June? Papa and Micro took a train ride that I missed while lost in the evil clutches of anthropologie.

a cowboy kinda birthday

I just thought i would share a couple of pics from Micro & his buddy Townes' birthday party. It was cowboy theme, and super fun and tasty! I made Micro a wee vest, Townes' mom made the cake and we had a blast!

king for a day

Orland turned 10 MONTHS last week!!! Wowee. An event that went somewhat unnoticed in our chaotic and sleep deprived world.

This is his buddy who is only 6 hours younger then him! Happy 10 months boys!

This just might happen. The age gap is HUGE now but in twenty years they won't know the difference.

days like these

We just got done with a long weekend. Days like these make me realize how lucky I am. The list of festivities we did this weekend is long... it includes, skiing, walking, sledding, drinking coffee, working, laughing and enjoying good company.

This week, Orland and his buddy Indigo realized that for the first and ONLY time in their lives Orland is twice Indigo's age. We had a miniature party for them, complete with crowns.

hello saturday

Today we played Bocce and ate food with friends. We ate tomatoes bigger then O's head, and sipped on some local wine. Orland got to try out his buddy Townes' lounge chair and got hit on by a girl 2 years older then him. When we got home he said he felt like a rockstar.
